The company was founded by H. Wibowo, SE in 1998 and developed into an art industry. PT VMM has experience in completing various projects <em>theme park, water park, playground, <\/em>and other art works with fiberglass, forecement, GRC, and plywood material specifications. The company's activities attracted the attention of the ISI Yogyakarta Product Design Study Program to visit and make direct observations of the production process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/despro-arc.isi.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/P_20190719_110549-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-668\" width=\"600\" height=\"288\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">ISI Yogyakarta's Product Design Study Program sent 3 of its lecturers on July 19-20, 2019 to visit the company based in Gunung Putri, Bogor. For 2 full days, Nor Jayadi, S.Sn., M.A. (Secretary of Prodi), Rahmawan Dwi Prasetya, S.Sn., M.Si., and Drs. Endro Tri Susanto, M.Sn., accompanied directly by the owner of PT VMM, H. Wibowo, SE, toured the office, workshop, and several project locations. One of them was Transtudio Cibubur which had just been inaugurated a few days before the visit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/despro-arc.isi.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/PT-VMM.jpg?fit=600%2C600&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-678\" width=\"350\" height=\"392\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"> Looking at the production process, PT VMM seems more likely to apply what is known as the <em>Discursive Design<\/em>It's an activity that refers to the creation of utilitarian objects whose main purpose is to communicate ideas. <em>Discursive Design<\/em> This is the area of design that is closest to the area of art. Sometimes, the products are difficult to categorize between art or design. But, in any case, the products are more considered to be works of design than art.
