Through the cooperation of three Indonesian-Japanese universities, an academic forum was successfully held on the campus of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta. URP (Urban Research Plaza) from Osaka City University, Japan which collaborates with Gajah Mada University and Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta became the initiator of the forum entitled \"A New Community Management through Art and Culture\". The event was held at Sasana Ajiyasa Building, Faculty of Fine Arts ISI Yogyakarta on Tuesday, February 23, 2016.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-251\" src=\"https:\/\/despro.isi.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/URP_DESPROISIYK.2-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"URP_DESPROISIYK.2\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-252\" src=\"https:\/\/despro.isi.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/URP_DESPROISIYK-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"URP_DESPROISIYK\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/>The event, which was opened by the Rector of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta, Prof. Dr. Agus Burhan, MHum, presented 6 speakers, 3 from UGM, 2 from ISIYK, and 1 from Osaka City University. In the academic forum, Prof. Shin Nakagawa (Osaka City University) and the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts ISIYK, Dr. Suastiwi, MDes were present. In addition, the event was also attended not only by the ISIYK academic community but also from UGM and Osaka City University. From the Product Design Study Program, seen attending the forum, the Head of Despro Study Program, Drs. Baskoro Suryo Banindro, MSn., accompanied by 2 Despro lecturers, Rahmawan D.
