Opening Ceremony DEKRETY #2

DESPRO NEWS (March 14, 2022) The Product Design Student Association of Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta again organized the DEKRETY #2 event after a 2-year vacuum due to the pandemic. DEKRETY #2 contains a series of events ranging from product design competitions, webinars, exhibitions, live music, and commemoration of the anniversary of the ISI Yogyakarta Product Design Program. The product design competition was held some time ago. The webinar was also held on March 1, 2022 yesterday by presenting Fitorio Leksono, Secretary General of ADPII (Alliance of Indonesian Industrial Product Designers) as the speaker. The Dekrety #2 exhibition itself was only opened this afternoon, Monday, March 14, 2022.

The exhibition which was held at the Main Atrium of Jogja City Mall, Jl. Magelang KM 6 No 18, Sleman, Yogyakarta was opened by the Vice Rector III of ISI Yogyakarta, M. Sholahudin, S.Sn., M.T. in the Opening Ceremony this afternoon. Attending and giving speeches, Chairman of the #2 Decrety Committee, Dhio Dwiki Nanda Putra, Chairman of the ISIYK Product Design Student Association (Titik.id), Andika Muhammad Ramadhani, General Manager of Jogja City Mall, Kuswandoko, Head of the ISIYK Product Design Study Program, Dr. Rahmawan D. Prasetya, S.Sn., M.Si., Assistant Dean III of the Faculty of Fine Arts ISIYK, Lutse Lambert Morin, S.Sn., M.Sn., and ended by the Vice Rector III ISIYK who also officially opened the Decrety #2 Exhibition. The exhibition is planned to end on Sunday, March 20, 2022.

The opening ceremony was also attended by students and lecturers of the ISI Yogyakarta Product Design Program. Among them were the Secretary of the ISI Yogyakarta Product Design Program, Nor Jayadi, S.Sn., M.A., Drs. Baskoro Suryo Banindro, M.Sn., Endro Tri Susanto, S.Sn., M.Sn., Sekartaji Suminto, S.Sn., M.Sn., Anugrah Aji Pratama, S.S., M.A., and Dede Affian, S.Ds., M.Sn. During the exhibition, there will be several other activities, namely 3D Print workshops, live music, and at the Closing Ceremony, there will also be a tumpeng cutting event to commemorate the anniversary of the ISI Yogyakarta Product Design Program.***
