DESPRO NEWS (July 17, 2021) In an announcement made by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, National Achievement Center through a letter dated July 14, 2021, the student team of the Product Design Study Program (Prodi Despro), Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta (ISIYK), was selected as one of the LIDM 2021 participants in the Digital Poster Category who passed the LIDM (Student Digital Innovation Competition) 2021 Evaluation Round selection. Thus, the ISIYK Despro student team named DENURTA was declared qualified for the next stage or the National stage. DENURTA stands for the names of its members, namely Devinta Maharani Shavira Putri, Muhamad Nuri Huda, and Yonathan Yosi Tara. All three are students of the 2020 batch of ISIYK's Despro Study Program. His poster work entitled "Maximum Freedom Despite Digital" can be seen on Instagram with the following link: https://www.instagram.com/p/CQvfVE1D7RP/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
The work is motivated by the idea that freedom is not limited by anything, including the pandemic we are currently experiencing. Academic activities that used to be face-to-face must be replaced with meetings through our gadgets. But that is not an obstacle to keep winning - independence. With the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka program, students should be encouraged to continue the old missions that have not yet been realized, helping to build the nation towards real change. With their poster work, they helped promote one of the programs, namely student exchange between regions. If this program must still be implemented online, they hope that students can still learn important lessons, then replant them in the right places. With equal roles, portions, and opportunities, the youth of the nation's hope are ready to realize real change. Even though it's digital, it's still maximum independence, right? ***
