DESPRO NEWS (11 May 2017) As a relatively new professional organization, ADPII (Alliance of Indonesian Industrial Product Designers) wishes to further establish itself as an established professional organization. For that, efforts are needed, one of which is by establishing branches in all regions in Indonesia. One of the regional ADPII branches that is quite existent in its activities is Yogyakarta. The initial members of ADPII in Yogyakarta amounted to 12 people and are currently increasing in number.
To further intensify the work of ADPII, since 1 year ago, the core management has been formed and was inaugurated on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at the UKDW Yogyakarta Campus. The inaugurated core management of ADPII DPD Yogyakarta are

The inauguration and inauguration ceremony was held at the same time after the National Seminar themed Resources-Based Design which was held in the framework of the Product Design Study Program Anniversary of Duta Wacana Christian University. The seminar presented several speakers, one of which was Adhi Nugraha, Chairman of ADPII Center. Therefore, this moment was used at the same time for the inauguration of the Yogyakarta ADPII Regional Management conducted by the Chairperson of ADPII Center. Some ADPII administrators who appeared in the forum included the Regional Administrators of ADPII Surabaya, ADPII Jakarta, and ADPII Bandung.
Also present at the event were several lecturers of the ISI Yogyakarta Product Design Study Program, Drs. Endro Trisusanto, M.Sn., Rahmawan D. Prasetya, S.Sn., M.Si., Nor Jayadi, S.Sn., M.A., and Dra. RAMM Pandansari Kusumo, M.Sn. Several students of ISI Yogyakarta's Product Design Study Program were also present to fill the UKDW seminar room located on the 3rd floor.
